Bäcker Schrader is hiring a Quality Manager in Apensen to support production and retail teams, develop and monitor quality and hygiene systems, manage HACCP, product declarations, allergen and nutrition labeling, audits, customer complaints, and related compliance activities. The role requires a degree in oecotrophology, food science, or food technology, or equivalent baking or confectionery training with relevant experience, along with HACCP and food-law knowledge, a Class B driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
