CaptiveAire is hiring a Quality Manager for its West Union, Iowa manufacturing facility. The role leads plant-wide quality initiatives, ensures products meet standards, drives continuous improvement, investigates quality issues, manages quality personnel, oversees audits and engineering changes, and reports to the Director of Quality. Candidates need 2–10 years of quality or manufacturing experience, a four-year technical degree in mechanical or a quality-oriented curriculum, and strong root-cause analysis, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.
