Description
The Quality Assurance Supervisor works with engineering and manufacturing to define product specifications and quality attributes, measure production, document testing, and establish performance metrics. The role supervises quality support, manages supplier compliance, oversees ISO 9001 and SGC implementation, leads Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen improvement projects, investigates customer complaints, and monitors quality costs. Candidates need an Industrial, Administrative Engineering or related background, advanced English, leadership and communication skills, and at least five years of experience as a supervisor or superintendent or three years in a similar position.
