Description
Eaton’s IS AER FMC Aerospace division is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the site’s quality function and Quality Management System. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role oversees Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, FAA Repair Station Quality Engineering, inspection, regulatory compliance, audits, corrective and preventive actions, quality metrics, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, at least five years of quality supervision or management experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical manufacturing, and experience managing AS9100 or ISO 9001 systems. The role is based within 50 miles of Irvine, California, offers an annual salary of $129,000–$190,000 plus a variable incentive program, and does not provide immigration sponsorship.
