The role manages and improves the project quality management system for civil-engineering construction projects, including ISO 9001 implementation, quality plans, QA/QC activities, inspections, audits, non-conformity management, testing, documentation, and quality reporting. It requires a civil-engineering degree, at least 10 years of civil-engineering experience including several years in quality management, construction-site experience, knowledge of applicable standards, bilingual French and English ability, and regular construction-site presence.
