Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is hiring a Quality Manager for its Simsbury, Connecticut site to lead all Quality Engineering teams supporting Energetics and Electronics manufacturing. The role owns site quality performance, AS9100 and customer compliance, corrective action, audit readiness, manufacturing quality, problem solving, customer quality, and the development of quality teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, significant quality leadership experience in complex manufacturing, aerospace or defense manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of AS9100 and quality systems.
