The Quality Manager will lead Echelon Supply and Service’s quality management systems, oversee quality control and audits, investigate and resolve quality issues, monitor metrics, support continuous improvement, and supervise the quality team. The role partners with operations, sales, purchasing, warehouse, and upper management to ensure products and processes meet internal, customer, government, and regulatory requirements, including industrial and defense standards.
