Golden Aluminum is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager in Fort Lupton, Colorado, to develop and maintain quality assurance standards, ISO 9001 procedures, customer complaint responses, inspection processes, KPIs, audits, root-cause analyses, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role leads direct reports, represents the company in customer and regulatory audits, and requires a relevant engineering degree, at least five years of manufacturing quality or process engineering experience, team leadership experience, Six Sigma/Lean expertise, and Greenbelt certification. Compensation is $125,000 or more depending on qualifications, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
