Description
The Quality Manager will lead the company’s Quality organization across three HMI Glass Manufacturing locations in Louisville, Kentucky; Whitinsville, Massachusetts; and Arlington, Texas. The role oversees the quality management system, quality staff, audits, warranty claims, customer quality issues, corrective actions, continuous improvement, KPIs, and manufacturing process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, experience with cosmetically sensitive products, knowledge of ISO and TS systems and Lean principles, and experience leading multi-site teams.
