Description
Hoffman Construction is hiring a Quality Manager to work on job sites in or around the greater Seattle area. The role reports to the Quality Director and manages project-specific QA/QC programs, audits, quality meetings, contractor programs, design constructability reviews, and teams responsible for construction quality, inspections, and problem-solving. It requires at least 10 years of construction experience, including 5 years as a construction quality manager on large complex multi-year commercial projects, plus public transportation or light-rail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform physically demanding fieldwork. The salary is $120,000-$140,000 DOE plus incentives.
