Description
Hoffman Construction is hiring a Quality Manager to work fully onsite at a construction job site in or around Boise. The role reports to the Quality Director and manages project-specific QA/QC programs, reviews and approves trade contractor quality procedures, coordinates quality activities with project teams, witnesses inspections, monitors construction compliance with design documents, codes, and specifications, investigates material interactions, and mentors staff. The position requires at least five years of construction, project engineering, subcontractor QA/QC, or special inspection experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and QA/QC software. The salary is $120,000-$140,000 DOE plus incentives.
