Description
The Plant Quality Manager will plan and direct quality systems, processes, audits, corrective actions, inspections, supplier development, launch support, and continuous improvement activities for Inalfa Roof Systems’ automotive roof-systems manufacturing operations. The role supervises quality personnel and technical staff, supports IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance, manages quality budgets and reports, and oversees CCC/CCAP certification requirements. The position is full-time at Cherokee Assembly and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing operations, at least five years of quality supervisory experience, TS16949/ISO 14001 auditor certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
