Description
The QA Manager will lead QA Operations, develop and improve quality processes and standards, optimize regression testing, manage quality metrics, and drive AI-powered automation across testing. The role partners with Engineering Platform and Product teams to strengthen quality ownership and will work from the office in Paphos or Limassol two days per week. It requires at least five years of Quality Management or QA Lead experience, distributed-team management experience, mobile application testing, test automation, and AI adoption expertise. The annual salary is 90,700 EUR gross.
