Description
The Quality Engineering Manager oversees quality engineering for complex mechanical and electrical systems, including Power Network Modules, Advanced Cooling Solutions, and Pressure Vessels. The role manages tier-2 suppliers through technology development and high-volume production, conducts supplier audits, manages PPAP and APQP, verifies hydrostatic testing and other validation processes, leads root-cause analyses, supports DFMEA and PFMEA, and provides quality performance data. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, prior quality assurance or quality control experience, ISO 9001 knowledge, and ISO 9001 Auditor certification.
