KESSEL is seeking a Quality Manager to lead a team of six employees in quality planning, ensure quality requirements for new and change projects, support sampling and process approvals, develop quality methods, analyze quality metrics, manage supplier audits and escalations, lead cross-functional quality projects, and improve digital quality processes. The role requires a technical degree or comparable qualification, several years of quality-management or quality-planning experience, ISO 9001 knowledge, initial leadership experience, strong communication skills, and English proficiency.
