Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a full-time Quality Manager for its Coffee Operating Unit in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The role leads site quality and food safety programs, quality control plans, root-cause analysis, FMEA, process capability, supplier quality, validation, packaging testing, and continuous improvement while supporting the launch and operation of the K-Rounds™ plant. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong analytical, project-management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $100,000–$117,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
