Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Quality Manager for its Gurdon, Arkansas plywood manufacturing site. The role leads quality, process performance, yield, environmental, health and safety, reliability, production, and cost improvement; oversees quality records and QMS compliance; coordinates with operations, maintenance, engineering, and third-party auditors; and drives root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Candidates need at least two years of continuous industrial manufacturing experience, data analytics and SQL experience, manufacturing and QMS experience, and product-trial leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include five years of process or quality engineering experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, Lean Six Sigma training, wood-products experience, and supervisory experience.
