Description
Microsoft is hiring a Quality Manager for its EMEA Data Centre Delivery team to serve as the on-site quality authority for large-scale data centre construction projects. The role oversees contractor quality performance, verifies compliance with contracts, standards, designs, and regulations, manages defects and non-conformances, supports QA/QC across construction and commissioning scopes, and drives quality risks and continuous improvement through stakeholder governance. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and significant experience leading construction quality management on complex infrastructure projects. The typical base pay range across Germany is €92,800 to €176,200 per year, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
