Description
The Quality Technician/Manager inspects raw materials, in-process components, and finished products; performs measurements and tests; documents results; supports root-cause analysis and corrective actions; maintains calibration records; and assists with audits and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1–2 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in manufacturing, measurement-tool proficiency, and familiarity with quality standards. An associate degree or higher in a related technical field is preferred, along with certification, statistical process control, quality-management software, root-cause analysis, manufacturing knowledge, and communication skills.
