Description
PCT Ebeam and Integration is hiring a Quality Manager in Davenport, Iowa to lead the organization’s Quality Management System and integrate quality planning, assurance, control, and improvement. The role owns quality processes, KPIs, documentation, regulatory compliance, calibration, customer audits, supplier qualification, and resolution of nonconformances, while supporting production, engineering, and supply chain in a project-based manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of quality engineering or quality management experience are preferred, along with knowledge of GD&T, advanced quality tools, internal auditing, and shop-floor collaboration.
