PEZET is hiring a Quality Manager at its Haigerloch site to lead its cross-functional Quality Management and Organizational Quality function. The role develops the quality management system, manages testing planning and methods, leads the quality department and measurement laboratory, oversees reclamation and deviation management, coordinates internal and external audits, analyzes quality KPIs, and supports process owners with quality improvements. The position requires experience in quality management within a plastic-manufacturing company, knowledge of ISO 9001 and preferably ISO 13485, testing and measurement expertise, strong English, and analytical, structured, and collaborative working skills.
