Description
The Quality Manager at Pica Manufacturing Solutions will oversee product and process quality activities, including managing customer complaints, investigating failures, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, analyzing supplier quality metrics, conducting audits, and interfacing with both customers and suppliers regarding quality-related matters. The manager will also be responsible for developing and reviewing operating procedures, inspecting products, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
