PICA Manufacturing Solutions is hiring a Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve its global Quality Management System across ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and ITAR requirements. The role oversees manufacturing, supplier, customer, and new-product quality; leads audits, CAPA, root-cause analysis, process improvement, and quality metrics; and develops and mentors quality personnel. It requires at least five years of quality engineering or management experience in an electronics manufacturing or PCBA environment, two years of leadership experience, and strong knowledge of quality systems, PCB manufacturing, and statistical methods.
