Description
The employer is hiring a permanent Quality Manager to monitor daily product quality and independently decide on product release, implement and optimize integrated management systems including ISO, BRC, and ISCC+, lead internal and external audits, analyze complaints, drive structural improvements, coach and motivate a team, and contribute to site objectives in safety, quality, capacity, yield, and productivity. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field, experience in a results-oriented production environment, experience with quality standards and audits, proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and fluent Dutch and English.
