Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring a Manager Quality to oversee the quality department at a beverage production plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role manages the Quality team, laboratory and microbiology operations, food safety and quality systems, regulatory compliance, inspections, corrective actions, audits, training, and capital projects. The position requires an undergraduate degree in Food Science, Quality, or a related discipline, at least five years of direct management experience in manufacturing quality, and familiarity with GFSI, FDA, HACCP, and other food and beverage standards. The role may require weekday, weekend, afternoon, evening, and overnight work, with overtime as needed.
