Description
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing and managing internal and external quality-control systems, leading quality-assurance personnel, coordinating customer and supplier relations, and overseeing production quality operations. The role includes APQP, PPAP, AIAG core tools, ISO and automotive quality standards, corrective-action investigations, customer and agency audits, documentation, and safety compliance. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology and at least three years of quality-control experience are required; knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 820, elastomeric-manufacturing experience, and training experience are preferred.
