Description
Rotork is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the quality function at its Bath manufacturing site. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role owns quality performance, maintains the Quality Management System, ensures ISO9001 compliance, and collaborates with Operations and Engineering to improve product quality, reduce DPPM and NCR rates, increase first-pass yield, and support operational excellence. The position requires quality leadership experience in engineered manufacturing, knowledge of ISO9001 and manufacturing processes, and experience with Lean and continuous improvement.
