Description
The Quality Manager will develop and implement quality management strategies, standards, policies, and systems for DRC operations; oversee accreditation maintenance; control quality documentation; implement QMS procedures; manage internal audits and corrective-action follow-up; produce quarterly quality reports; and lead continual improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial chemistry or a similar discipline, relevant professional qualifications, at least five years of experience in a similar position or as a senior inspector, leadership and interpersonal skills, knowledge of QHSE standards, French and English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, LIMS applications, and databases.
