Shield AI is hiring a Quality Manager to lead and maintain the Quality Management System for VBAT manufacturing operations. The role oversees quality across assembly, composite fabrication, avionics integration, mechanical assembly, and testing; manages inspection, nonconformance, corrective and preventive actions, material review, yield, and production quality metrics; and develops a quality organization in a startup-growth environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or a related technical field, 5–10+ years of relevant quality experience, and 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
