Description
SirenOpt is hiring a Quality Manager to build and own the company’s Quality Management System from the ground up, lead ISO 9001 certification, and embed quality processes across product design, development, testing, manufacturing, and delivery. The role also manages contract-manufacturer quality requirements, supplier audits, incoming inspection, measurement-system analysis, design controls, CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent, at least 10 years of manufacturing or hardware-quality experience including 3+ years in a supervisory role, and experience with ISO 9001, measurement systems, and supplier quality. The position offers a base salary of $160,000–$190,000 USD, equity, health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
