Description
Spartech, LLC is hiring a full-time Quality Manager for its Crawfordsville, Indiana manufacturing site, which extrudes and converts flat plastic sheet. The role owns the site quality systems and product testing, supervises quality lab personnel, manages ISO 9001/QMS activities, coordinates audits and corrective actions, supports customer and internal quality issues, and drives continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, FMEA, and 5S. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, 5–7 years managing direct reports, and experience with cross-functional teams, QMS/EHS procedures, Microsoft, and preferably SAP.
