Strohm is hiring a Quality Manager to develop, implement, and oversee its quality management systems for composite pipes, outsourced products, and technical deliverables. The role ensures compliance with API Specification Q1 and ISO 9001, leads management reviews, represents the company in audits, analyzes quality data and non-conformities, and guides a relatively young quality team. It requires a technical university or bachelor degree, at least eight years of relevant technical production or manufacturing experience, and at least five years in quality management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and 5S. The position is a senior management role for 36 hours per week on a one-year temporary contract with the intention of conversion to a permanent employment relationship.
