Description
The Quality Manager will develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system; ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements; organize inspections; track deviations and non-conformities; coordinate corrective and preventive actions; analyze quality data; and collaborate with production, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and other departments. The role is 100% and requires a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, several years of quality management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellent Dutch knowledge. The employer is a family-owned flax-machinery company with a factory in Beveren-Leie.
