Tenet Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Improvement Manager at DMC Harper University Hospital to lead clinical improvement across assigned hospital departments, medical services, and patient improvement teams. The role oversees performance improvement, clinical event investigations, policies, pathways, protocols, processes, budgets, compliance, audits, and personnel actions, while developing goals and measuring performance. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in nursing, business administration, health care administration, or a closely related field, be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan, and have three years of progressively responsible experience in a related field plus three years of progressively responsible management experience in an acute care facility.
