The role oversees performance improvement, clinical event investigations, policies, pathways, protocols, processes, budgets, compliance, audits, and personnel actions, while developing goals and measuring performance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in nursing, business administration, health care administration, or a related field, Michigan Registered Nurse licensure, and three years of progressively responsible experience, including three years in acute care management with senior-management involvement.
