Description
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead the internal plant quality team, resolve quality issues, develop quality procedures and standards, implement quality initiatives, and report on quality, delivery, and performance metrics. The role coordinates with Customer Care, Production, and Development teams; supports customer satisfaction, warranty-cost reduction, and risk mitigation; and coaches direct reports. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and at least seven years of experience in manufacturing, quality, and engineering are required, while Six Sigma certification and SPC, ISO 9001, and quality engineering training are preferred.
