Textron Systems is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to lead a Quality Engineering team and manage program quality, AS9100 quality management systems, quality metrics, audits, corrective actions, supplier and product quality, FMEA, ERP and MES systems, and quality strategy. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, 4–7 years of quality leadership experience in an AS9100-regulated manufacturing environment, aerospace and defense experience, statistical analysis capability, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
