Toledo Tool & Die is hiring a full-time Quality Manager based in Toledo, Ohio, to lead and improve the Quality Management System, manage the quality team, support customer and third-party audits, resolve complaints through root-cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field with eight years of manufacturing and quality experience, or 10+ years of manufacturing and quality experience without a degree, along with knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive quality tools. The targeted salary is $125,000–$140,000 annually, with an annual performance bonus of up to 5% of base salary.
