Qualastat Electronics and CEPA are seeking a Quality Manager in Chandler, Arizona to lead the quality function across both aerospace and defense manufacturing businesses. The role oversees AS9100 and customer quality management, audits, corrective actions, supplier quality, quality team leadership, defect reduction, and quality KPI reporting. Candidates need at least seven years of manufacturing quality experience, AS9100 or ISO-certified environment experience, and leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
