Description
The Quality Manager will lead the organization’s Quality Management System, oversee Quality Assurance operations, and drive Quality Engineering initiatives in a Rochester, New York manufacturing environment. The role manages QA staffing and performance, conducts internal and third-party audits, supports AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance, interfaces with customers and suppliers, leads corrective-action and continuous-improvement activities, and supports manufacturing processes and product testing. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of relevant technical experience, 4–6 years of management experience, and experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001; the position is full-time and on-site.
