UE Systems is hiring a full-time, on-site Quality Manager in Elmsford, New York to operate and improve its practical quality management system across internal operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. The role owns inspection and release controls, nonconformance and corrective-action processes, customer-issue investigations, supplier quality follow-up, process checks, training, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on manufacturing quality experience, ISO-based quality-system experience, root-cause and process-improvement expertise, and knowledge of inspection, NCR/CAPA, document control, calibration, traceability, and supplier corrective actions. The position pays $90,000–$110,000 USD annually and includes dental, vision, and health insurance.
