Galliford Try is hiring a Quality Manager in Leicester to support construction projects across the East Midlands. The role focuses on site inspections, quality and design issue identification, non-conformance and corrective-action tracking, inspection and test plans, quality management system and business management system compliance, audits, technical reviews, subcontractor and supplier quality oversight, reporting, and continuous improvement. It requires considerable quality management experience, Field View expertise, construction standards knowledge, strong communication and reporting skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and the ability to motivate staff. The position permits full-time, reduced-hours, or flexible working arrangements, with travel to regional sites.
