KIRA Services is hiring a Quality Manager at the Washington Navy Yard to oversee maintenance quality control and continuous improvement for customer and regulatory standards. The role manages the contractor’s quality control plan, inspections, technical data, reports, customer complaints, corrective actions, and supervisory operations, with 25% travel and on-call, alternate, and extended-shift requirements. Candidates need at least five years of QMS experience, a current CMQ/OE certification, a Tier 5 Top Secret/SCI clearance, and a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
