Heads Up Technologies Group is hiring a Quality Manager to oversee quality operations for its Innovative Advantage business. The role owns and maintains the Quality Management System, manages quality across the PCBA manufacturing lifecycle, oversees supplier quality and audits, leads root cause analysis and CAPA activities, serves as the primary customer quality interface, monitors quality metrics, and supports product transfer, repair station implementation, and compliance. The position is onsite in Addison, Texas, requires United States work authorization without sponsorship, and prefers an engineering or technical background, aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience, AS9100/FAA/TSO experience, and experience with product transfers and repair stations.
