Description
TekniPlex is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the plant-level quality department and maintain production quality, regulatory compliance, SQF, HACCP, and customer-required programs. The role oversees quality management systems, validation, process improvement, testing, supplier audits, customer complaints, audits, employee training, performance management, budgets, and product release. A bachelor's degree is preferred, while 3–5 years of quality management and team-management experience is required; compensation is $85,000–$105,000 plus an annual bonus.
