Description
The Quality Assurance and Laboratory Manager supports manufacturing operations, quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory functions for the PIDC Spartanburg Operation. The role oversees analytical laboratories and lab technicians, maintains ISO 9001 and RC 14001 quality systems, conducts internal and external audits, analyzes quality data, investigates customer complaints, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a science or engineering bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience, strong quality-management and statistical-analysis skills, manufacturing experience, and knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
