Description
Ford is hiring a Plant Quality Manager to lead comprehensive quality management across a manufacturing plant, including pre-delivery and finished-vehicle operations, supplier quality, new-model launches, quality audits, quality operating-system leadership, and plant personnel development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, at least five years of quality operating-system management experience, and at least eight years of team-management experience, with additional engineering, Six Sigma, Lean, and manufacturing-systems qualifications preferred. The position is onsite and does not offer visa sponsorship.
