GROPYUS is hiring a Quality Manager for its quality team in Richen. The role owns the quality management system, ISO 9001/14001/50001 certification, audits, compliance, process improvement, Kaizen workshops, FMEAs, inspection plans, quality metrics, and statistical analyses. Candidates need at least three years of quality-management experience in a production environment, ISO 9001 system experience, audit experience, project-leadership experience, German and English communication skills, and a hands-on, structured working style. The position offers a permanent contract with 30 days of vacation and additional benefits.
