Mercury Hampton Ltd is hiring a full-time Quality Manager in Billericay, United Kingdom, to own and improve the company’s ISO 9001 quality management system across product development, manufacturing, project delivery, and after-sales support. The role leads root-cause investigations, manufacturing process improvements, first-pass yield, supplier quality, customer audits, quality documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. The position offers a basic salary of £50,000–£55,000 per annum, a performance-related bonus of up to 10%, company pension, life assurance, and five weeks’ holiday.
