Description
The Quality Manager oversees product quality across the manufacturing process, from incoming materials through finished goods and customer delivery. The role performs and coordinates inspections, manages deviations and nonconforming materials, investigates customer complaints and claims, maintains quality records, supports corrective and preventive actions, and contributes to continuous improvement and operational projects. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior quality-control experience, strong attention to detail, process-improvement ability, familiarity with ERP or inventory systems, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
